Lifecycle Engineer (Startup, Copenhagen)

Job summary

This role involves working directly with a platform to enhance customer lifecycle campaigns and subscriber journeys, while managing a portfolio of enterprise clients to ensure satisfaction and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in CRM or customer/retention marketing, specifically in building journeys and campaigns using platforms like Sailthru, Braze, or Iterable.
• Client-facing experience, ideally in agency or consulting roles, with the ability to manage relationships at various levels.
• Proficiency in email marketing and familiarity with additional marketing channels such as app, on-site, and paid social.
• Experience in analyzing campaign performance and understanding experimental design.
• Knowledge of subscription business metrics like ARPU and Lifetime Value is advantageous.
• A proactive mindset focused on long-term client relationship development.
• Ability to work autonomously in fast-paced environments.
• Preference for in-office work in a dynamic startup setting.
