About the role

Job summary

This role involves taking full ownership of Jira and Confluence as enterprise platforms, ensuring their stability and reliability to support collaboration and reporting across teams.

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in Atlassian tooling or application management.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Jira Cloud administration.
  • Familiarity with workflows, schemes, permissions, and automation.
  • Experience in both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments is advantageous.
  • Certification as an Atlassian Certified Professional – Jira Administrator for Cloud (ACP-120) or similar is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee Atlassian Org Administration, managing incidents and ensuring platform stability.
  • Maintain integrations with enterprise systems and support Jira Automation rules.
  • Administer Jira and Confluence Cloud, translating business requirements into configurations.
  • Act as the main contact for Jira/Confluence inquiries, managing work intake and prioritization.
  • Provide guidance and training to users and local admins, navigating stakeholder demands effectively.

Skills

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust across functions.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with solid prioritization abilities.

Education

  • Relevant certifications and experience in managing enterprise SaaS environments are beneficial.

Tools

  • Jira, Confluence, ITSM tools, and familiarity with Jira APIs and integrations are preferred.
