Job summary

This role involves leading a team of Value Engineers to manage the customer value lifecycle, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and expansion within a specified region. The manager will act as a trusted advisor, collaborating with executive teams to drive strategic customer engagements and value realization through a Process Intelligence platform.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in business domains such as Finance or Supply Chain, with experience in strategic transformation initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of industry trends and challenges faced by C-Suite executives.
  • Proven experience in guiding IT teams through the Process Intelligence journey, with skills in building dashboards and applications.
  • Project management skills to plan and manage project scope and timelines effectively.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, preparing and communicating results to both internal and external audiences.
  • Familiarity with value selling methodologies and a track record of driving value realization for customers.
  • Strong sales and commercial acumen to qualify engagements and efficiently allocate resources.
  • Leadership skills to lead by example and mentor team members.

Responsibilities

  • Own the customer value journey, ensuring successful onboarding, adoption, and renewal of accounts.
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable use cases and communicate value opportunities to executives.
  • Lead customers through the Value Journey, supporting the deployment of new features and driving growth programs.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with customers as an executive sponsor.
  • Conduct Quarterly and Executive Business Reviews to communicate results and value realized.
  • Recruit and develop talent within the Value Engineering team, fostering a positive work environment.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and consulting skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with C-Level executives.
  • Proficiency in project management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience with value selling and realization methodologies.

Education

  • Relevant degree in business, technology, or a related field preferred.

Tools

  • Familiarity with Process Intelligence platforms and related software tools.
