This role focuses on enhancing marketing performance through data-driven insights and analytics. The Marketing Performance Manager will work collaboratively across marketing and sales to optimize processes and improve overall performance metrics.

Qualifications

  • Over 5 years of experience in analyzing marketing performance across various channels.
  • Strong analytical skills for building and interpreting dashboards and datasets.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing strategies, customer journeys, and lead generation processes.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and address performance bottlenecks in the marketing funnel to improve conversion rates.
  • Develop a reporting framework for key marketing channels, focusing on pipeline health and lead conversion.
  • Analyze marketing data to uncover trends and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Monitor lead progression and ensure effective follow-ups with the sales team.
  • Measure the impact of A/B tests and other optimization techniques to enhance marketing effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with regional and global marketing and sales teams to align activities with commercial goals.
  • Manage the lifecycle of marketing leads in Salesforce, including training for sales teams.
  • Serve as the expert on marketing tools and analytics platforms, including Salesforce and GA4.
  • Report on social media and event performance through structured analytics.

Skills

  • Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce) and marketing automation tools (Marketing Cloud).
  • Strong capabilities in analytics and visualization tools (GA4, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Excellent communication skills for translating data insights into engaging narratives.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities to identify challenges and propose solutions.
  • Attention to detail for ensuring data accuracy and quality in reporting.
  • Project management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.

Education

  • Relevant degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.

Tools

  • Salesforce (Sales & Marketing Cloud), GA4, Power BI, and Excel.
