Marketing Student Assistant (Part-time, SaaS, Copenhagen)

Job summary

This part-time position is for a Marketing Student Assistant who will support marketing activities and campaigns in a fast-growing SaaS environment. The role involves collaboration with marketing and sales teams to enhance brand visibility and drive partner engagement.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Nordic languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Marketing Manager for the Nordics and occasionally the EMEA Marketing Team.
• Help create marketing assets and prepare campaign packages for partners and internal stakeholders.
• Manage promotional materials and coordinate SWAG distribution.
• Support the organization and execution of both virtual and on-site events.
• Update and maintain marketing materials and partner-facing content.
• Provide assistance with back-office and organizational tasks.

Skills

• Strong interest in B2B marketing and the SaaS industry.
• Proactive, responsible, and capable of working independently.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Comfortable working with digital tools, including CMS, email tools, or design software.

Education

• Enrollment in a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s program.

Tools

• Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms is advantageous.
