Microsoft 365 & Copilot Specialist (IT, Remote)

Job summary

The role involves enhancing the utilization of Microsoft 365 products and AI tools within an organization. The specialist will serve as the technical lead on a project aimed at improving digital capabilities and will provide training and support to users.

Qualifications

• Approximately two years of experience with Microsoft 365 applications, including M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Purview, PowerApps, and Power Automate.
• Relevant educational background in IT with a focus on communication, application, and data management.
• Fluent in written and spoken Danish, with proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical initiatives on the Digital Capabilities project.
• Support development tasks in PowerApps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio.
• Optimize IT processes using AI tools.
• Manage SharePoint Online tenant and assist with intranet maintenance.
• Create and maintain SharePoint project sites.
• Collaborate with the security team to set up Purview.
• Maintain user documentation, guides, and process descriptions.
