Job summary

The role involves leading and executing trade marketing strategies for The Ordinary and Dr. Jart+ across Nordic retailers and e-retailers, focusing on both strategic and operational levels.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in marketing, business, or communication.
  • Over 3 years of experience in trade marketing, shopper marketing, or commercial activation in a B2C context.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English and at least one Nordic language (Danish, Norwegian, or Swedish).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement trade marketing strategies based on business and shopper insights.
  • Create and present trade marketing presentations for sales and retailer meetings.
  • Identify business opportunities and develop tactical actions.
  • Implement off- and online brand activation activities and cooperative advertising.
  • Evaluate trade activations and monitor monthly retail sales.
  • Manage budgets effectively.

Skills

  • Result-oriented with strong analytical and detail-oriented capabilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Proactive and solution-focused mindset.

Education

  • Relevant master’s degree in marketing, business, or communication.
