The role involves leading the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid digital campaigns across various platforms including SEM, Meta, and LinkedIn, focusing on lead generation and pipeline growth in EMEA and the Americas while supporting APAC and China teams.

Qualifications

  • 4–7 years of experience managing paid campaigns in SEM, Meta, and LinkedIn, preferably in a B2B or industrial/technology sector.
  • Proven success in driving lead generation and pipeline growth through digital channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), PBI Excel/Sheets, and platform-native reporting tools.
  • Experience in managing campaigns across multiple regions and time zones.
  • Rigorous budget management and spend optimization skills.
  • Familiarity with AI tools to enhance campaign performance and operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
