Power Platform Owner / Developer (Remote)

Job summary

This role involves owning and shaping the Microsoft Power Platform at scale, focusing on governance, adoption, and evolution while driving digital transformation across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between business and IT, capturing requests and translating them into development tasks.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages) in collaboration with various teams.
• Own and evolve the Power Platform roadmap, governance framework, and environment strategy.
• Monitor platform usage, capacity, and licensing for cost-efficient operations.
• Enable and support citizen developers through guidance, documentation, and training.

Skills

• Strong practical experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages, including integrations.
• Experience with Azure services integration.
• Solid understanding of platform administration, including environment management and data governance.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-solving mindset with experience in coaching users at various technical levels.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
