Job summary

A client-focused Presales Consultant is needed to support sales efforts for solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations ecosystem. This role involves driving sales through effective client engagement and solution presentation.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, particularly financial modules.
  • Background in presales, solution consulting, or client-facing roles.
  • Strong understanding of finance, accounting, and treasury processes.
  • Confidence in presenting to senior stakeholders and executives.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to secure new business opportunities.
  • Deliver engaging and customized product demonstrations in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
  • Conduct discovery workshops to identify client needs.
  • Develop compelling solution narratives and value propositions.
  • Assist with RFPs, proposals, and technical responses.
  • Create impactful demo environments tailored to specific industries.
  • Provide high-level guidance on solution design.
  • Work with product teams to influence future innovations.
  • Ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation.

  • Capacity to manage ambiguity and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.
