Job summary

This role involves guiding the strategy and execution of integrated marketing programs aimed at increasing pipeline growth across the EMEA region. The position requires collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Ecosystem teams to create impactful in-person and digital experiences that demonstrate the company's value to enterprise audiences.

Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B technology marketing, particularly in field or regional marketing with Sales collaboration.
  • Proven track record in creating and executing marketing programs that balance strategic planning with operational detail.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, capable of simplifying complex ideas for various stakeholders.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in using performance insights to inform decisions and refine strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage regional marketing initiatives by developing detailed program plans and executing integrated campaigns.
  • Create and implement field marketing strategies using both in-person and digital tactics to engage target audiences.
  • Analyze performance metrics and communicate the impact of marketing programs to local leadership and executive stakeholders.
  • Improve ROI through effective planning and management of regional marketing budgets.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and partners to deliver campaigns and events across the region.

Skills

  • Creative thinking with the ability to develop new programs and bring innovative ideas to regional campaigns.
  • Proficiency in collaboration and CRM tools such as Salesforce, Slack, and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and project management tools, as well as an understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in marketing or a related field is preferred.

Tools

  • Experience with CRM and collaboration tools, marketing automation platforms, and project management software.
