Job summary

This role involves leading the sales efforts for a Trauma product portfolio in Sweden and Norway, focusing on driving business growth and enhancing customer relationships. The position requires a strong sales leader to manage a team and ensure high performance in achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Over 8 years of experience in Sales and/or Marketing within MedTech, Biotech, Pharma, or related industries.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing or coaching a sales team.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
  • Business acumen with a focus on market share growth and financial performance.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region.

Responsibilities

  • Familiarize with the product portfolio and build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Lead and develop a sales team of approximately 7 direct reports, fostering engagement and growth.
  • Strategically support the team to accelerate business in alignment with the marketing plan.
  • Manage sales performance, equipment utilization, and revenue pipeline development.
  • Build networks with key customers and opinion leaders.
  • Collaborate with marketing to leverage market dynamics for business growth.
  • Ensure smooth order-to-cash processes by working with cross-functional teams.

Skills

  • Excellent collaboration and influencing skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities with a strategic mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Education

  • Degree or equivalent required.
