Job summary

The Regional Vice President of Enterprise Sales will oversee enterprise sales operations across Central and Southern Europe, reporting to the VP of EMEA. This role involves leading a team of Regional Directors and driving the growth of New Annual Recurring Revenue (NARR) in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years in enterprise sales with a proven record of exceeding quotas in security, open source, or cloud development sectors.
  • Experience in leading subscription-based sales teams, particularly in SaaS.
  • Demonstrated success in managing teams with significant New ARR targets and closing complex enterprise deals.
  • Strong relationships with channel partners and executive-level clients.
  • Familiarity with consultative sales methodologies such as MEDDICC or Challenger.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing sales team.
  • Enable team members to meet productivity metrics and growth targets.
  • Drive pipeline generation through various channels, including field sales and marketing.
  • Define and execute a regional revenue strategy with a focus on collaboration.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure value realization and retention.
  • Conduct accurate monthly and quarterly forecasting and lead performance reviews.
  • Act as Executive Sponsor for key enterprise deals, engaging with senior stakeholders.
