Job summary

The Regional Vice President of Enterprise Sales will oversee enterprise sales operations across Central and Southern Europe, reporting directly to the VP of EMEA. This role involves leading a team of Regional Directors to drive New Annual Recurring Revenue (NARR) and build a high-performing sales organization.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years of enterprise sales experience with a proven track record in security, open source, or cloud development sectors.
  • Demonstrated second-line sales leadership experience focused on new business acquisition.
  • Experience managing teams with significant New ARR targets and closing complex enterprise deals.
  • Strong relationships with channel partners and executive-level customers.
  • Familiarity with consultative sales methodologies such as MEDDICC or Challenger.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team of enterprise sales professionals.
  • Enable team members to meet productivity metrics and growth targets.
  • Drive pipeline generation through various channels including field sales and marketing.
  • Define and execute a regional revenue strategy with a focus on collaboration and execution.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure value realization and retention.
  • Deliver accurate forecasting and maintain forecast accuracy within specified limits.
  • Act as Executive Sponsor on key enterprise deals, engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to enhance demand generation and sales enablement efforts.
