Job summary

This role focuses on managing the renewals segment of a digital experience portfolio for enterprise customers in the Nordic area. The Renewals Sales Specialist will oversee the entire renewal cycle, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving platform adoption.

Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience in sales, renewals, account management, or a related customer-facing role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with executive-level customers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in remote team settings.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and respond to customer requests efficiently.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong presentation skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Collaborative team player comfortable working across various roles.
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms.
  • Proficient in using financial data for decision-making.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete renewal process from initial contact to finalizing agreements.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships to understand their business needs.
  • Research customer contracts and purchasing history to create accurate proposals.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and issue renewal proposals.
  • Forecast renewal opportunities and track orders to closure.
  • Identify retention risks and collaborate with teams to develop recovery plans.
  • Maintain high data quality in tracking renewal status and reporting.

Skills

  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred.
