About the role

Job summary

This role focuses on Revenue Operations with a strong emphasis on systems architecture, automation, and integrations to support Sales, Marketing, SDR, and Customer Success functions. The position involves building scalable revenue systems and workflows, leveraging AI to enhance internal tools and data infrastructure.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a HubSpot Administrator, managing workflows, objects, lifecycle stages, and routing logic.
  • Hands-on experience with Zapier or similar automation tools, including multi-step workflows.
  • Familiarity with lead routing and round-robin logic.
  • Proficient in SQL or a similar querying language for data extraction and analysis.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive in managing systems end-to-end.

Responsibilities

  • Administer HubSpot, including managing objects, properties, and workflows.
  • Design and maintain automations using Zapier/n8n, ensuring error handling and monitoring.
  • Support SDR workflows through system design and automation.
  • Ensure data hygiene across GTM systems, including deduplication and validation.
  • Monitor and manage integrations across GTM tools for reliability and quick issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with various teams to translate GTM needs into scalable solutions.

Skills

  • Strong technical skills in automation and systems integration.
  • Experience with web forms and demo request flows.
  • Ability to work closely with commercial stakeholders.

Education

  • Relevant experience in a similar role is preferred.

Tools

  • HubSpot, Zapier, SQL, and other GTM tools. Familiarity with enrichment tools and analytics platforms is a plus.
