Qualifications

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, assisting in securing additional sales.
  • Create orders and quotes using internal systems.
  • Coordinate with supply chain, warehouse, and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Education

  • Relevant educational background in business or related fields is preferred.

Tools

  • Experience with ERP systems like Business Central, SAP, or AX.
