Sales Coordinator (Retail, DACH Region, Copenhagen)

Job summary

The role involves supporting the sales operations for the DACH region, focusing on customer service and coordination with various internal departments to ensure timely deliveries and order management.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain ongoing communication with sales managers and customers in the DACH region.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, assisting in securing additional sales.
• Create orders and quotes using internal systems.
• Coordinate with supply chain, warehouse, and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
