Responsibilities

  • Lead the Advanced Wound Management business across Nordic countries, ensuring sales performance and growth.
  • Collaborate with country leaders and key customers to set the commercial direction and execute strategies.
  • Inspire and guide a cross-country sales leadership team, developing robust commercial plans.
  • Contribute to the broader regional strategy as part of the leadership team, ensuring operational excellence and a strong performance culture.

Education
