About the role

Job summary

This role involves driving growth in the local market by engaging with public buyers and suppliers to enhance digital procurement processes. The Sales Executive will work within a fast-paced SaaS environment, focusing on both inbound leads and new prospect engagement.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital sales, preferably in SaaS or software solutions.
  • Familiarity with Value or Solution selling methodologies.
  • Experience with MEDDIC, MEDPIC, or BANT qualification frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of pipeline management and CRM data discipline.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills in English, with fluency in one of the following: Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, German, or Dutch.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers in the market.
  • Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing and onboarding.
  • Demonstrate the value of the AI-powered SaaS platform to potential clients.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data in HubSpot to optimize sales performance.
  • Stay informed about public procurement developments to identify growth opportunities.

Skills

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an international team.

Education

  • Relevant experience in high-velocity or consultative sales environments is preferred.

Tools

  • Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, is advantageous.
