Job summary

This role is focused on driving revenue growth through strategic outbound prospecting and pipeline development. The Sales Manager will engage with prospective clients across various channels, identify decision-makers, and convert opportunities into qualified sales leads while working in a performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

  • 2–3+ years of experience in business development, sales development, or outbound sales roles.
  • Proven track record as an individual contributor with direct ownership of pipeline generation.
  • Strong experience in multi-channel outbound outreach, including cold emailing, LinkedIn engagement, and cold calling.
  • Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Proficiency with sales engagement tools (e.g., Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft) and contact/data sourcing tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Lusha, Cognism).
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Highly organized and disciplined in follow-ups.
  • Comfortable in a target-driven environment.
