About the role

Job summary

The role of Sales Manager involves leading store operations to ensure a premium experience for both consumers and employees while driving business results. This position requires a natural leader who can inspire the team and support daily operations in the absence of the Head Coach.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in retail leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail business systems.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Valid work permit required for non-EU nationals.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all store management functions when the Head Coach is unavailable.
  • Ensure efficient sales floor performance and monitor daily operations.
  • Implement best practices across all store areas.
  • Drive key metrics such as Sales, Conversion, and Staffing.
  • Ensure compliance with Loss Prevention and Health & Safety policies.
  • Communicate action plans for projects and promotions.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and coaching.
  • Conduct coaching sessions to meet performance expectations.
  • Maintain floor stock and merchandising standards.
  • Analyze sales reports for growth opportunities.
  • Assist in recruitment and training initiatives.
  • Open and close the store as per established procedures.

Education

  • Relevant experience in retail management is preferred.
