About the role

Job summary

The role involves driving new business for a cloud-based Property Management System (PMS) across the Nordic region, focusing on independent hotels and upscale brands. The Sales Manager will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while collaborating with various teams to enhance customer experiences.

Qualifications

  • Over 3 years of experience in SaaS or enterprise software sales, particularly in hospitality technology.
  • Established network within the Nordic hotel market, including management companies and luxury independents.
  • Proficiency in a Scandinavian language (Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian) and English.
  • Strong understanding of cloud/SaaS business models and subscription economics.
  • Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes.
  • Track record of exceeding sales quotas in a hunter-focused role.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • High self-motivation and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel across the Nordic region.

  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outreach and networking.

  • Articulate the value of the PMS as part of a broader technology ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers and marketing to enhance customer experiences.
  • Represent the company at industry events to increase brand visibility.
