Job summary

This role focuses on driving sales growth and profit margins within the food and beverage sector in Denmark and Benelux. The Sales Specialist will establish professional relationships with key customer personnel and report to the Sales Manager for the region.

Qualifications

  • Degree in engineering, food technology, or a related science field
  • Knowledge of the food and beverages market
  • Proven sales success and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Experience in the filtration or food industry is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead discussions with customers to identify problems and create solutions
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer processes and growth plans to inform commercial strategy
  • Maintain an accurate sales funnel in CRM (Salesforce-SFDC) and update it weekly
  • Participate in funnel reviews, presenting opportunity health and risks
  • Achieve annual sales and revenue targets through existing and new business development
  • Progress opportunities from qualification to closure by following a structured sales process

Skills

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Proficiency in CRM software, particularly Salesforce-SFDC

Education

  • Relevant degree in engineering, food technology, or a related field
