Qualifications

  • 5–8+ years of experience in complex B2B sales, preferably in SaaS
  • Proven track record in managing and closing high-value deals
  • Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Strong understanding of value-based and consultative selling
  • Advanced discovery skills to identify strategic business drivers
  • Excellent negotiation skills and experience with multi-stakeholder processes
  • Structured approach to pipeline management and forecasting
  • Proficient communication and presentation skills in English

Responsibilities

  • Own and close complex opportunities from discovery to contract
  • Lead insight-driven discovery to understand customer priorities and risks
  • Develop tailored business cases and deal strategies
  • Engage multiple stakeholders to strengthen relationships and improve win probability
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecast revenue confidently
  • Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to internal teams
  • Mentor colleagues and support best practices in deal execution

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in sales or business development
