Job summary

The Senior Channel Manager will focus on expanding and maintaining a referral/reseller network across designated markets in EMEA and LATAM. This role involves researching potential partners, recruiting new resellers, and enabling them to effectively sell the company's offerings. The position requires driving sales initiatives and managing relationships with channel partners to ensure revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven commercial experience in strategic partnerships and sales, particularly in Consulting, Partnerships, Key Account Management, or Customer Success.
  • Ability to navigate complex sales processes and articulate the value of SaaS solutions in Learning & Development and Communication.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in Spanish and/or French is mandatory.
  • Strong relationship-building and expectation management skills.
  • Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach and a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Positive attitude and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Strong team player with interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Drive channel sales to become a significant revenue source.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams to enhance business with existing partners.
  • Manage relationships with multiple stakeholders to achieve commercial success.
  • Identify new opportunities and maintain a robust pipeline with channel partners.
  • Establish executive-level relationships to secure commitment on opportunities.
  • Oversee the entire partner relationship lifecycle from acquisition to growth.
  • Conduct visits and follow-up meetings with channel partners.
  • Develop business cases with partners to ensure structured growth.
  • Collaborate with the channel team to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Proficiency in relationship management and expectation setting.

Education

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent.

Tools

  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms and sales management tools is preferred.
