Seeking an experienced Senior Client Executive to manage a portfolio of mid-sized corporate clients, serving as a strategic partner in risk and insurance. Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in insurance, risk advisory, or brokerage.
• Strong knowledge of general insurance products and risk transfer solutions.
• Proven ability to manage complex client portfolios with a focus on retention and growth.
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities, capable of simplifying complex issues.
• Solid negotiation skills with experience in leading renewal discussions.
• High level of integrity and a client-centric approach.
• Fluency in English is required; Danish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of mid-market corporate clients, ensuring satisfaction and growth.
• Act as a strategic advisor, identifying client needs and creating tailored solutions.
• Lead renewal strategies, negotiations, and client presentations.
• Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities across various products.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
• Build and maintain relationships with insurers and external partners.
• Contribute to business development through pitches and proposals for new clients.
• Mentor junior team members and share best practices.

Education
