Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in designing and implementing scalable retail and e-commerce systems.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams of 5-10 members.
• Strong knowledge of technologies such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud and cloud solutions like Azure.
• Familiarity with Order Management Systems and retail POS platforms.
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Collaborate with the Engineering Director to develop and implement a detailed architectural strategy.
• Ensure alignment between architecture planning and business goals across product lines.
• Lead architectural governance processes and facilitate effective decision-making.
• Manage Solution and Technical Architects, fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Mentor team members to promote professional growth.
• Design end-to-end solutions for retail and e-commerce platforms.
• Gather system requirements from stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies that enhance performance, security, and scalability.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive implementation of architectural solutions.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
