Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end optimization of the ecommerce customer journey, enhancing discovery, engagement, and conversion.
  • Drive the FOCUS ON .NET CORE program to accelerate digital transformation and align initiatives with broader ecommerce strategies.
  • Establish a global Center of Excellence for experimentation, promoting best practices and a test-and-learn culture.
  • Develop frameworks to measure and communicate the impact of customer journey improvements on commercial performance.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of customer-centric thinking and continuous improvement.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in leveraging AI and emerging technologies for optimization.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
