Job summary

The Senior Manager of Marketing Operations is responsible for the strategic execution of marketing initiatives, focusing on the management of the marketing technology ecosystem and the lead-to-revenue lifecycle. This role involves close collaboration with marketing and sales leadership to enhance the customer lifecycle and drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Over 7 years of experience in Marketing Operations or Revenue Operations, particularly in a B2B SaaS context.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in team management and talent development.
  • Strong understanding of marketing technology systems, including HubSpot and Salesforce, with a focus on data flow and scalability.
  • Excellent analytical skills, capable of providing actionable insights from complex data.
  • Effective communication skills in English, able to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Own the governance and strategy of the marketing technology stack, ensuring tools deliver ROI and are fully utilized.
  • Design and manage the global lead lifecycle, including lead scoring and automated routing.
  • Lead planning and prioritization for Marketing Operations, balancing immediate needs with long-term goals.
  • Define campaign taxonomy and funnel metrics in collaboration with Revenue Analytics, maintaining the source of truth for marketing contributions.
  • Establish high operational standards, including documentation and quality assurance processes.
  • Manage and mentor a team of specialists, promoting a culture of feedback and professional development.

  • Change management experience, aligning cross-functional teams on metrics and definitions.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, or a related field.
