• Background in a global, multicultural manufacturing environment with diverse channel strategies (D2C and B2B).

Responsibilities

• Manage the Membership Program Operations across all channels, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
• Lead end-to-end operations management in alignment with marketing and promotional activities.
• Drive continuous improvements in membership operations for optimal delivery.
• Collaborate with reporting and optimization teams for accurate forecasting and inventory management.
• Design quality assurance processes to ensure timely and budget-aligned activity delivery.
• Partner with digital product and engineering teams to enhance loyalty operations.
• Develop operational documentation and user guides for internal teams.
