Job summary

This role is focused on enhancing marketing decision-making and driving revenue growth through advanced analytics. As a senior analyst, you will design and optimize attribution models, evaluate marketing performance, and provide actionable insights to support global growth initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in marketing analytics, particularly in B2B SaaS or high-growth sectors.
  • Expertise in multi-touch attribution modeling and performance measurement for top-of-funnel activities.
  • Strong knowledge of both paid and non-paid marketing channels, including metrics for brand and organic growth.
  • Proficient in modern data and analytics tools such as Snowflake, dbt, and BI platforms like Tableau, Looker, or Sigma.
  • Familiar with CRM and marketing automation systems, specifically Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of AI and automation tools in analytics workflows.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
