Qualifications

  • Proven experience in media and/or brand strategy, with a background in both advertiser-side and strategic agency roles.
  • Strong understanding of consumer journeys and the impact of media across various touchpoints, including digital commerce.
  • Ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across global and local teams.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, capable of navigating complexity and uniting diverse teams.
  • Forward-thinking mindset with the ability to anticipate trends and innovate.
  • Proficient communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of a global media growth planning approach that aligns with brand and business objectives.
  • Integrate media considerations early in planning cycles with Global Brand Teams.
  • Define the role of media across different stages of the consumer journey and guide investment strategies.
  • Establish global principles for media application while allowing for local adaptability.
  • Ensure integration of commerce and retail media into growth pathways.
  • Drive alignment across brands and markets, shaping planning processes and key growth moments.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Performance and Analytics teams to define learning agendas and incorporate insights into future strategies.
  • Build planning capabilities that leverage scenario planning and AI tools.

Skills

  • Strategic thinking and influencing.
  • Strong collaboration and communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with modeling and scenario planning tools is a plus.
  • Commercial mindset with a curiosity for identifying growth opportunities.

Education

  • Relevant degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.

Tools

  • Experience with planning tools and performance measurement frameworks is advantageous.
