Job summary

This role focuses on enhancing the customer experience through the implementation of global omnichannel initiatives, ensuring seamless integration between online and in-store interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Commerce, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in eCommerce, digital operations, or omnichannel retail
• Strong analytical and reporting skills to convert data into actionable insights
• Effective project coordination skills with experience in cross-functional collaboration
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with both operational teams and senior management
• Detail-oriented approach to processes and documentation

Responsibilities

• Assist in the rollout of global omnichannel initiatives, delivery methods, and post-purchase experiences
• Contribute to business cases using data, insights, and impact assessments
• Collect requirements and improvement suggestions from various teams
• Manage timelines and dependencies across different teams and markets
• Work with cluster leads to set targets and track performance
• Document and maintain guidelines and best practices across customer touchpoints
• Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to inform strategies

• Proficiency in MS Office and collaboration tools such as Jira, Asana, Confluence, and SharePoint
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to drive clarity in complex operational setups
