Job summary

This role focuses on developing and managing strategic relationships with Global System Integrator partners in the Central, East, and North Eastern Europe region. The Senior Partner Sales Account Manager will act as a liaison, driving partner growth and achieving business goals through collaboration and strategic planning.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in building strategic relationships with Global System Integrators.
  • History of meeting and exceeding revenue targets through partner collaboration.
  • Experience in managing complex ecosystems and translating partner needs into joint solutions.
  • Ability to inspire trust among partner executives.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage long-term relationships with partners, serving as a trusted advisor.
  • Execute joint strategic plans and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct business reviews and foster relationships with C-level executives.
  • Promote joint initiatives and develop business cases for new solutions.
  • Generate new pipeline opportunities and facilitate lead pass between partners and sales teams.
  • Deliver forecasts of partner-generated opportunities and analyze data for strategic planning.

Skills

  • Strong business acumen and partner management skills.
  • Ability to work in matrixed environments and drive technology sales.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Education

  • Relevant experience in sales, partner management, or business development.

Tools

  • Familiarity with Partner Success Planning Tools and methodologies.
