Job summary

This role involves designing and implementing a Sales & Customer Manager Enablement program aimed at enhancing the skills and knowledge of the commercial organization to improve customer engagement and retention. The position requires close collaboration with various teams to ensure effective training and development.

Qualifications

  • Over 5 years of experience in Sales Enablement or a related training role, preferably in a SaaS or technology setting.
  • Proven ability to create and scale enablement programs.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPIC, Challenger, SPIN).
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with a knack for engaging experienced sales professionals.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of SaaS sales cycles.
  • Ability to translate complex product features into customer-centric value propositions.
  • Experience in designing effective onboarding and ramp-up programs.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
  • Self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Nordic languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the Sales & Customer Manager Enablement program, focusing on sellers, Customer Success Managers, and commercial leaders.
  • Create and deliver training sessions covering product knowledge, sales methodologies, and skills development.
  • Facilitate impactful training sessions, including onboarding bootcamps and product roll-outs.
  • Design structured onboarding processes to enhance new hire productivity.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to ensure alignment on messaging and competitive positioning.
  • Implement a consistent sales methodology throughout the sales cycle.
  • Analyze performance gaps and replicate successful behaviors across the team.
  • Partner with senior leaders to address challenges and co-create solutions.

  • Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and impact.
  • Ability to build trust and collaborate with various stakeholders.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.

Tools

  • Familiarity with enablement platforms, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Apollo) is advantageous.
