  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and drive new customer opportunities through sales and technical support.
  • Assist customers in integrating products into their production environments.
  • Develop and lead technology strategies for secondary storage with key customers.
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and create proposals.
  • Craft proof of concepts to illustrate product value.
  • Collaborate with product management to relay customer insights for product enhancements.
  • Provide project management and technical support post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to present technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to achieving goals.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Tools

  • Familiarity with enterprise hardware, software, cloud platforms, and virtual infrastructure technologies.
