Job summary

The Senior SEO Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the global organic growth strategy, focusing on traffic acquisition and user experience. This role involves leading a team to enhance the organization's digital presence and ensure technical SEO excellence.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in SEO and digital marketing, including leadership or team management roles.
• Expert-level knowledge in technical SEO, including site architecture and speed optimizations.
• Proven track record in SaaS or B2B marketing with an understanding of SEO algorithm updates.
• Proficiency in SEO and analytics tools like Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and Ahrefs.
• Exceptional communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global organic roadmap, aligning visibility goals with business objectives.
• Drive technical SEO excellence and collaborate with engineering teams to enhance site performance.
• Work with content teams to optimize content for search and marketing funnels.
• Manage international SEO initiatives and ensure effective brand voice across markets.
• Lead relationships with internal stakeholders and manage external agencies for SEO projects.
• Own reporting for organic channels, quantifying KPIs to demonstrate ROI.
• Execute link-building activities to secure quality backlinks.
