Job summary

The Senior Solutions Executive will drive profitable sales revenue by identifying, qualifying, negotiating, and closing new business opportunities in the Environmental, Health, Safety, and Sustainability (EHS&S) sector. This role focuses on selling enterprise software solutions to large accounts and requires a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and relationship management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in selling enterprise software and technology solutions to large organizations.
  • Proven track record in closing large and complex sales.
  • Strong hunting skills with experience in negotiations and partnerships.
  • Ability to implement successful sales strategies in dynamic markets.
  • Excellent relationship management skills with key decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

  • Sell to enterprise accounts, focusing on acquiring new clients.
  • Achieve yearly sales goals and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
  • Qualify new business opportunities and understand customer pain points.
  • Conduct hunting activities including cold calling and attending conferences.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers for cross-functional support.
  • Deliver solution presentations and develop software license proposals.
  • Negotiate enterprise software contracts and close business deals in a timely manner.

Education
