Job summary

This role involves leveraging deep SAP expertise to maintain and enhance offshore wind assets, ensuring operational efficiency and safety. The Senior System Expert will guide the maintenance and supply-chain systems landscape, supporting thousands of daily operational decisions with reliable digital solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience, including several years in a senior functional or systems-driven role.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP PM/MM, ideally including S/4HANA.
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional system implementations and portfolio governance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills in an international context.
• Full professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional and solution owner for the SAP PM/MM environment.
• Define and communicate a clear systems vision aligned with operational and long-term strategies.
• Lead system implementation projects from scoping to go-live, including business case development.
• Collaborate with the Business Demand Manager and senior stakeholders to steer the development portfolio.
• Engage in configuration discussions, testing, training, and readiness activities.
• Align stakeholders across various departments including SCMS, Operations, Engineering, Finance, and IT.
• Represent the organization in international governance forums.
• Identify improvement opportunities to enhance systems capability across the organization.
