This role focuses on enhancing the social media presence of a global brand by managing daily engagement and community interactions across various platforms. The Social Engagement Specialist will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure a consistent and culturally relevant social strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience in social media, community management, or digital marketing, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
• Strong understanding of social media tools, measurement, platform dynamics, trends, and content formats.
• Keen interest in fashion, culture, and market trends.
• Ability to remain organized and solution-oriented in both fast-paced and quieter environments.
• Positive, outgoing attitude with a willingness to assist colleagues in strategic and practical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily publishing on global social channels, ensuring content relevance and accuracy.
• Track performance metrics and contribute to regular reporting and insights.
• Manage community engagement with clarity, warmth, and brand consistency.
• Collaborate with Customer Care and Corporate Relations teams to address escalations and service-related queries.
• Assist the Influencer, Talent, and Partnerships Lead with influencer activities, including logistics and communication planning.
