Solution Expert (Marketing Operations, Remote)

Job summary

The role of Solution Expert involves being the technical steward for all processes and solutions related to campaign execution. The position requires a comprehensive understanding of various platforms and tools to ensure seamless operations and optimal performance.

Qualifications

• Interest in marketing technologies and operations.
• Familiarity with marketing platforms, workflows, or automation tools is advantageous but not required.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proactive problem-solving approach.

Responsibilities

• Maintain technical documentation and ensure proper setup in Confluence.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during campaign execution.
• Configure and maintain Catalyst tools, identifying optimization opportunities.
• Assist with Tech & Data handovers, providing input and support for training and rollouts.
• Offer hypercare support for critical campaigns.
• Onboard and train Campaign Specialists and other Solution Experts.
• Identify areas for skill enhancement and opportunities to expand service offerings.

Skills

• Detail-oriented and proactive.
• Ability to work in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.
• Experience in marketing operations or campaign execution with a technical focus is a plus.

Tools

• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe, JIRA, and Catalyst is beneficial.
