Solution Manager, Data & Analytics (Remote)

Job summary

This role involves acting as a liaison between business and IT to define and implement Data & Analytics solutions. The Solution Manager will lead projects to deliver comprehensive solutions that align with business needs and support IT transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Data & Analytics development and delivery.
• Strong hands-on experience in solution configuration.
• Familiarity with global templates and end-to-end implementations.
• Proficient in tools such as Fabric, Azure, Databricks, PowerBI, and Jira.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.
• Passion for continuous learning and improving business through Data & Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into scalable Data & Analytics solutions.
• Lead solution design in accordance with best practices and enterprise architecture.
• Guide internal and external teams on configuration and development tasks.
• Support change management, release cycles, and overall solution lifecycle.
• Ensure usability, performance, and security of solutions.
• Collaborate with architects and Business Process Managers to achieve high-quality outcomes.
• Identify new opportunities and suggest improvements.
• Contribute to Data & Analytics processes, including AutoML initiatives.

Education

• Relevant degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
