Job summary

This part-time position involves supporting a global initiative focused on enhancing IT security awareness and training within an organization. The role offers hands-on experience in communication and digital content creation, contributing to a strong security culture across the company.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a relevant higher education program such as Communication, Multimedia Design, Computer Science, IT, or Information Security.
• Strong written communication skills in English.
• Interest in human behavior and decision-making related to IT security.
• Curiosity about IT security topics.

Responsibilities

• Create and format newsletters and communication materials.
• Support phishing simulation campaigns, including preparation and documentation.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining training content and awareness initiatives.
• Help coordinate and promote internal security campaigns and events.
• Conduct research, prepare presentations, and manage administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with IT Compliance and other teams.

Skills

• Structured and reliable with attention to detail.
• Creative in communication and visual presentation.

Education

• Enrollment in a relevant higher education program is required.
