Student Assistant - IT Strategy & Architecture (Remote, Flexible)

Job summary

This position offers a hands-on learning experience in IT/business architecture, focusing on digital innovation and portfolio management within a multinational team. The role involves supporting solution architects and participating in the implementation of an Enterprise Architecture tool.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in IT, engineering, or business.
• Strong interest in Business and IT in a global context.
• Willingness to learn and tackle challenging tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide user support, training, and administration for the Bizzdesign tool.
• Engage in configuration and development tasks related to Bizzdesign.
• Create and maintain IT Innovation portfolio reports using Power BI.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date data management for the Innovation Portfolio.
• Organize agenda, presentation materials, and minutes for monthly Innovation Portfolio meetings.

Skills

• Proficiency in Power BI and familiarity with IT portfolio management tools.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in an international environment.

Education
