Job summary

This role involves supporting a Regulatory Affairs team focused on obtaining and maintaining regulatory approvals for antifouling coatings globally. It is suitable for students interested in regulatory affairs, chemistry, or environmental science, who enjoy working with data and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in chemistry, environmental science, engineering, pharmacy, regulatory science, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and structured work habits.
  • Proficient in data handling and comfortable with Excel and digital document systems.
  • Good written and spoken English skills.
  • Availability to work approximately 15 hours per week.
  • Experience with regulatory systems or chemical documentation is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing documentation for national product registrations.
  • Manage data entry and maintenance in IUCLID for regulatory submissions under the EU Biocidal Products Regulation (BPR).
  • Gather and structure regulatory data, including Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and product composition overviews.
  • Support the generation of labels and formatting of documents.
  • Help organize and clean up digital files and folder structures.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Regulatory Affairs team related to product approvals.

Skills

  • Good written and spoken English.

Education

  • Enrollment in a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s program.
