Job summary

This role involves supporting the Business Architecture Team as a Student Process Consultant, focusing on digital marketing and process consulting for global clients. The position offers opportunities to engage in various projects and develop professional skills in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a relevant master’s program or in the final year of a bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration, marketing, social sciences, or a related field.
• Interest in business architecture, digital marketing, and technical projects.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in complex environments.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proactive mindset with a holistic problem-solving approach.
• Availability to work 15-20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Map and design organizational operating models and marketing processes.
• Facilitate workshops and engage with client stakeholders.
• Create tools, templates, and frameworks to enhance client development.
• Define and document roles and responsibilities within client organizations.
• Develop implementation playbooks and training materials.
• Coordinate projects and onboarding efforts, including scheduling meetings, drafting agendas, and taking minutes.
