Job summary

This role involves supporting sustainability initiatives and consumer intelligence efforts within the Nordic coffee markets. The position is ideal for a student eager to apply analytical skills to drive meaningful impact in sustainability while gaining hands-on experience in marketing.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant bachelor's degree program in marketing, communications, business, economics, sustainability, or a related field, with at least two years remaining in studies.
  • Detail-oriented and structured, with strong collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
  • Comfortable working with data and curious about performance drivers.
  • Engaged in sustainability initiatives and passionate about coffee.
  • Fluent in Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian, with proficiency in English.

Additional Information

  • Support various sustainability-related initiatives across the Nordic region.
  • Contribute to internal and external engagement activities and projects.
  • Develop and update communication materials and presentations.
  • Continuously review and update data and trackers.
  • Handle administrative tasks and ad hoc requests.
  • Maintain and optimize tools and dashboards for data accessibility (experience with PowerBI is a plus).
  • Assist brand managers with data-driven reports to enhance business performance.
  • Support ad hoc tasks and projects as needed.
  • Offers hands-on experience in sustainability, consumer intelligence, and marketing.
  • Flexible working hours, approximately 15 hours per week, to accommodate studies.
