Job summary

This role involves combining technical expertise with commercial responsibilities to enhance customer value through service solutions. The focus is on developing the aftermarket business across Europe, ensuring customer satisfaction and equipment efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Technical background in mechanics, electrical engineering, automation, or related fields.
  • Experience in aftermarket sales, service agreements, or spare parts is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of equipment lifecycle management and maintenance planning.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional European languages, especially German, are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Europe (approximately 120 travel days per year).
  • Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute customer visits across Europe, aligning with customer strategies and installed base.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through ongoing dialogue.
  • Promote and sell the complete Service Solutions portfolio, including training and preventive maintenance.
  • Act as a technical and commercial advisor to customers.
  • Prepare quotations and follow up on offers, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
  • Maintain customer activity records in the CRM system.
  • Contribute ideas for growth within the customer portfolio.
