Job summary

The role involves supporting sales activities for energy storage products in the Nordic region, focusing on technical sales and customer engagement.

Qualifications

  • Degree in electrical engineering or equivalent technical education.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the battery energy storage sector, with a background in technical sales or product management.
  • Strong customer-facing skills and professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in English and a Nordic language (C1 level); knowledge of Chinese is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical expertise to customers and partners through meetings, training sessions, and webinars.
  • Prepare technical proposals and documentation for tenders, ensuring thorough follow-up until contract closure.
  • Develop tailored technical solutions to meet customer needs and promote product adoption.
  • Manage product listings with grid operators and regulatory bodies.
  • Review sales contracts from a technical standpoint.
  • Collaborate with project partners, including EMS suppliers, to integrate their products into project systems.
  • Monitor competitor products and technical solutions, reporting findings to management.
  • Attend industry fairs, congresses, and customer meetings regularly.

Skills

  • Strong ability to persuade customers regarding product benefits.
  • Willingness to travel for business up to 3-4 days a week.

Education

  • Electric technical university degree or higher.

Tools

  • Familiarity with energy storage systems and related technical specifications.
