Qualifications

  • Proven experience in user acquisition for subscription-based B2C products.
  • Hands-on expertise in managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-budget campaigns exceeding $1 million per month.
  • Strong data analysis skills using tools like Google Sheets, Tableau, and Amplitude.
  • Deep understanding of user psychology, engagement, and conversion drivers.
  • Excellent communication skills with English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and grow a team in a fast-paced environment.
